"My experience with WTF Gym was honestly disappointing. At the time of joining, they very confidently told me that membership pauses were allowed. But when I actually needed a pause, they suddenly refused to help and acted like they never made that promise. I even reached out to Anita Nigam on LinkedIn, hoping someone would take responsibility, but I received no proper response or solution. The whole approach felt careless and showed zero concern for members. Because of how poorly they handled everything, I really can’t recommend this gym. If you’re thinking of joining, be careful — the commitments they make while signing you up may not actually be honoured later."
